Single-Family Homes, Multi-Family Properties (up to 6 units), and Condo Units
Leasing fee: 1st full month’s rent
Management fees: 10% of gross rents
Minimum monthly fee per unit: $0
Security deposit fees: 0%
Maintenance fees: 10% markup on all AMOSO-supervised work
Apartment Complexes (multi-family properties with more than 6 units)
There are many factors to consider when managing apartment complexes, such as: Does the complex require an on-site manager and full-time maintenance personnel? Are all the units in the same building, or are they spread out in a garden-style complex?

Our commercial leasing rates start at 10% for retail and office space under 2,000 SF and go down to 5% for large retail and office space over 50,000 SF.
