The manager of Amoso, Dan, was accommodating by allowing me to move in early. However, I was disappointed to notice that there were several things that needed to be fixed. Some things were obviously not checked before I moved in.

This is the best land lord I've ever had. Last night they came out at 9 at night to change the battery in my smoke detector because it was beeping and I couldn't reach it to change it myself. Last week my refrigerator died and they immediately came with a new fridge. I am so blessed to live in a place where I feel safe and comfortable knowing Amoso Properties will always make sure I have what I need.

Great experience! I viewed my space on a Friday, was approved that Monday, and moved in a week later. Everything went smoothly. I’ve also had great response time for maintenance requests.
