Scheduled a viewing for a unit and there was no one there to show the property. Everything was automated and could not actually get a hold of anyone. I am disappointed as the apartment seamed nice and I liked the area. I will look at properties listed with a different company. Edit: There was an issue with the automated system and I never received a code to enter the unit. I received a call and Amoso fixed the issue. Left a star off due to the fact that everything is automated and talking to someone was difficult with information provided.

I want to start off by saying I love the house that I'm in. It's a great fit for my family and I have high hopes of staying here until I'm ready to find a house. When I 1st moved in my garbage disposal broke and I submitted a maintenance request and within the next day Someone was out Here to fix it. Not too much later my oven broke and again I submitted a maintenance Request online and someone was out here within 2 weeks with the new appliance. I've had a few other issues with the house as well, but they seem to be getting resolved. Overall, I do appreciate the amoso team!

Unfortunately, the properties I was considering are not in his market. Despite this fact, he took the time to refer to some experienced professionals in my target market.
