Your Tenants will be able to call our Dedicated Maintenance line which is answered 24/7 or make Maintenance Requests Online. A work order is automatically generated to be dispositioned to one of our qualified Vendors or Maintenance Staff

We have qualified Handyman on Staff that can access and fix most General Maintenance Items at your property
Labor Rate: $39/hr
For Items the may be beyond our Handyman Staff we have a Directory Full of EXCELLENT Vendors for items like major plumbing, major electric, Roofing or even Foundation work. AMOSO owns rentals too, and we do not use any vendors on your properties we have not used at our own properties!
By Approved Bid, Billed at cost + 10% Mark Up
Rehab and Make-Ready
AMOSO has done Hundreds of Rehabs and Make Readies, and knows what it takes to get an Investment Property ready to Rent. We have several rehab crews we like to keep Busy, We will be happy to bid your project for you!
