Real Estate 411 is published and managed by Linda Pliagas. The magazine was founded in 2007 and since then has steadily raked up a number of loyal fans and followers over the years. The magazine is targeted at investors and seeks to help them acquire and grow their businesses. The publisher of the magazine has collected a vast amount of information and was among the few to get right into the real estate business at a very early age, and by the time she was in her early 30’s, was running a successful real estate business spanning five states and was doing it all on her own.
Content of the magazine
Both the web and the print versions of the Real Estate 411 are widely available and are free of cost. Of special note is the online version, it is catchy and grabs attention right away, even though that is something that is not normally expected from a serious real estate magazine. The layout is engaging and keeps the focus on investing which is good. The articles are all expertly written by those who have many decades of experience and they are made to seem like they genuinely want to help out the readers. Since the magazine is offered without cost, as a reader, you will have to sift through a number of full page advert features, which can be a bit distracting, but it is nothing more than a minor inconvenience.
Should you buy it?
If you are looking to be an investor, who is relatively new to the field, and need the outlook of more experienced ones, then, yes. If you are a hobbyist, just looking to read for pleasure, it may not be the one for you, but again, the tone of Real Estate 411 may just turn you towards real estate investing, which is in no way a bad thing.
