Qualified candidates are sought for a Part-Time (20 to 30 hours/week) position to help a Rapidly Growing Real Estate Firm keep up with its Administrative Work.
No license is required for this position. A Real Estate License is highly desired and obtaining one will help you advance your career with the company.
Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Successful Candidate will have excellent phone and customer relation Skills
Candidates with bookkeeping backgrounds will be given preference. Experience using QuickBooks, Pear-Tree, Propertyware or other equivalent Accounting Software is HIGHLY Desired
First 6 Months: $9/hr
Months 6-12: $9.50/hr
Months 12+: $10/hr with annual raise reviews

Office Assistant will be provided with a work station and desktop computer at our St. Charles Office. Office supplies will be provided for use at office. After 12 months, and 1500 hours of employment with AMOSO Properties, AMOSO will pay for the online coursework and Testing fee to obtain your Real Estate License*

*Utilizing the AMOSO Real Estate Education Program will require you to sit you license with AMOSO Realty LLC for two years.
Answering the phone and directing the customer to the appropriate personnel
You will be responsible for Daily Receivable/Payable Data entry.
Constant Communication with the Team will be vital, Verbal and Written Communication skills will be very important
You will be required to help the Office Manager maintain Organized and Accurate Files
