While we are managing the property, we cover up to $1,000 in damage above the Security Deposit to your property that is caused by a pet we approved for your rental.

Tenant Insurance Guarantee

Tenants we place are placed on $100,000 Liability Only Policy. This helps protect your own insurance liability for Tenant caused damages

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our services, and we can’t make it right for you, you can cancel our management agreement without penalty, with 30 days notice. (This guarantee is good for people with up to 20 units.)

Eviction Guarantee

While we are managing the property, if a tenant we placed has to be evicted, we will handle the cost of eviction, up to $1,000. $120 Annually.

Cost + 10%. For projects that are outside the skillset or scope of AMOSO's Daily Maintenance Technicians, AMOSO will hire a tried, tested and trusted vendor to accomplish the task. Items such as major Plumbing, major electric, roof work, and foundation work fall in this category. Vendor Invoices available upon request.

Bill Payment

Cost + 10%. AMOSO will handle all your Property related bills except for Insurance, Mortgage and Taxes, and they will be accounted for on your monthly statements
