This is the best land lord I've ever had. Last night they came out at 9 at night to change the battery in my smoke detector because it was beeping and I couldn't reach it to change it myself. Last week my refrigerator died and they immediately came with a new fridge. Over a year now and I am positively impressed. They say you have to know the bad in order to appreciate the good. We worked with other property managers, and AMOSO beat them all. We have multiple properties and have needed quite a wide range of services. When it came to repairs and maintenance, we have found they have vendors in the trades who are both high quality and cost effective. The staff at AMOSO can think! They have provided practical solutions which have saved us time and money. When it came to finding tenants, they kept the vacancy to a pleasant minimum. The tenants were of appropriate quality for the property listed. When it came to onboarding a new property with an existing tenant, they were able to resolve some very complicated government bureaucratic problems. All during COVID19 when everyone else gives excuses, they are giving positive results. As out of state investors, we find their choices of technology helpful and easy to use, enabling us to avoid mail and in person visits entirely. We have been very fortunate to have them as business partners.
